CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 50% cancellation fee on Sundays, Monday and any day with appt. 5am-7am 100 % non-refundable fee For consulting NS. 100 % and 35 % for any no/shows or cancellation if not canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. One day before or same day is not 48 hours . Please keep in mind that we empathize with any one and understand that life brings its changes. However, we must maintain a business ordinance therefore there is a cancellation fee and nonrefundable deposit. if there is no suitable explanation or if the potential client does not try to reach out and reconcile, they will be placed on a Band list until further notice .
